Product Safety
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Your child's safety comes first. Here is how we approach product safety and what you can do to use our products safely.
Compliance with U.S. safety requirements
The children's products we sell are sourced from a supplier that certifies them to the applicable requirements of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), including limits on lead and phthalates, tracking labels, and age grading and safety warnings where required. Certification is based on testing by third-party laboratories accepted by the CPSC, as documented in Children's Product Certificates (CPCs). If you have a question about a specific product, please contact us.
Country of origin
Our apparel and accessories are imported. Fiber content and care instructions are shown on each product's label.
Not intended as sleepwear
Our clothing is designed for daytime wear and is not intended for use as children's sleepwear. For sleep, choose garments that are labeled as children's sleepwear.
Safety tips
- Buttons, snaps and decorations: check garments regularly and stop using an item if any button, snap, bow or embellishment becomes loose, as small parts can be a choking hazard for young children.
- Hoods, bows and accessories: remove hats, hoods, bibs and accessories before putting your baby down to sleep.
- Sizing: choose the size that matches your child's measurements. Garments that are too long or too loose can be a tripping or entanglement hazard.
- First walker shoes: check the fit regularly as your child grows, and use soft-sole shoes on safe, non-slippery surfaces.
- Bags and backpacks: not a toy; do not let children put straps around their neck.
- Washing: wash new clothing before first use and follow the care label.
- Supervision: always supervise young children.
California Proposition 65
Where a product requires a California Proposition 65 warning, the warning is shown on the product page before purchase.
